Our Current Army Service
Elisha and I grew up in Gush Etzion, very close to one another, yet never met! Elisha grew up in Efrat, and I grew up in Alon Shvut. After our respective army service, we both ended up in Be'er Sheva for our university studies. We moved in the same circle of friends, and ended up doing yoga together, a mutual interest. We started dating, fell in love, and never looked back! When Elisha had a furlough for one day, he ran to get an engagement ring, flowers, chocolate and champagne in order to propose. I immediately said yes! I think the war highlighted for us the fragility of life and the importance of hope and continuity.
Our Love Story
Elisha serves in the elite unit of the paratroopers, called Orev. He is currently stationed in Gaza.
