  Elad is a Major in the Artillery forces. On October 7th, he was drafted along with his unit, straight to the Gaza border. He is in charge of 80 soldiers that are divided into 5 different teams .His unit has been supporting the troops in Gaza by shelling strategic targets, literally non-stop, day and night.

  The happiest day of our lives, our wedding day, was planned for October 8th, but from the moment the war broke out on October 7th, we understood it would not be possible. Elad was drafted to reserves and went to the Gaza border that afternoon, leaving us with broken hearts about Israel's situation and about our wedding. Since then we’ve been waiting for the war to be over and for Elad to come back home. We hope our rescheduled wedding date will be a day of peace that will help us start our life together in love and harmony.
