Salt Mill. Peugeot has been manufacturing pepper, salt & coffee mills since the nineteenth century and the Lion symbol first appeared in 1850. The Lion symbolises the qualities of Peugeot tools and utensils: the strength of the teeth, the flexibility of the blades and the cutting speed. The Peugeot mill has retained these qualities and, to this day, remains the benchmark in its field.
